25 hours over 5 days, but may be flexible depending upon individual circumstances with salary negotiable on experience.

Previous payroll experience is essential for this role.

Working under the payroll manager the role will consist of the following responsibilities:

  • Accurate & timely processing of a high volume of weekly and monthly payroll including auto enrolment

  • Processing starters and leavers

  • Setting up of new payroll schemes

  • Processing statutory claims – SMP, SPP and SSP etc

  • Ensuring attachment of earnings are dealt with correctly

  • Processing BIK through the payroll

  • Calculation and submission of furlough claims

  • Submission of all RTI reports

  • Completing and submitting CIS Returns

  • Liaising & communicating with clients on a regular basis

  • Liaising with HMRC where necessary
